To date NZ Riverjet has been involved in various major film productions, including, Without a Paddle, River Queen, and recently for a major Hollywood Film, our boats were fitted out with a 3D movie camera rig making it the biggest ever set up outside of a Hollywood studio.
NZ Riverjet has the largest jet boat operating on North Island Rivers that is ready to be changed into a great solid filming platform, offering reliability, great gear, service and back up. Also offered are very experienced jet boat drivers familiar with filming requirements.
Film Fit-out for NZ Riverjet Jet Boat:
1 - The boat was stripped out of all seating and fitted with the boom, new engine cover, and storage for a 360 degree filming platform.
2 - Special shade was made for comfortable filming during hot summer days, and for the comfort of the crew and drivers. All crew and drivers were kitted out with intercom head pieces, for added safety while working in white water and rapids.
